Get Involved

There's no minimum requirement here. Tell us what you've got and we'll find a place for it.

Pick Your Level

Not everyone has the same amount of time or energy — and that's fine. These are three real ways to plug in, from the smallest to the most involved.

01

Show Up

The lowest-lift option — and genuinely valuable. Presence is power, and showing up tells your neighbors they're not in this alone.

  • Attend a rally or march
  • Come to a community meeting
  • Sign and share a petition
  • Post about an action online
  • Bring a friend to an event

02

Take Action

Five to twenty minutes, from your phone or computer. Constituent calls and emails are among the most effective tools we have — especially in our district.

  • Call your representative (5 min)
  • Email Congress using our scripts
  • Join a group phone bank
  • Write a letter to the editor
  • Sign up for action alerts

03

Help Organize

We're four people and we want to grow. Every skill is useful — design, logistics, research, outreach, or just showing up reliably to help carry things.

  • Help plan and run events
  • Handle outreach or social media
  • Research bills and local issues
  • Take on a recurring role
  • Help build our leadership team
Tell Us About Yourself

Tell Us About Yourself

We're not going to hand you a clipboard the second you walk in the door. Fill this out and someone will reach out to say hello and find out where you'd like to plug in.

We'll respond within a few days. No commitments implied by filling this out.

What We're Actually Like

West Hollywood Indivisible is a small, volunteer-run group — four of us right now, working to build something bigger. We're not a full-time operation. We don't have a headquarters or a staff. What we have is commitment, a clear sense of what we're fighting for, and a genuine interest in finding people who want to work alongside us.

We try to make participation accessible. That means being clear about what we need, not asking more of people than they can give, and making room for different levels of involvement. If you come to one meeting and that's all you can do right now, that's fine. If you want to help us run this thing, we'd love to talk.
